Hello – thank you for visiting 1611 Sport Dogs. We know the time and effort it takes to find and turn a dog into a great companion. We are here to help and support you on this journey. I love the outdoors and love sharing it with a good dog. Even as a little boy I always had a dog with me and was always thinking about what the perfect dog would be like. For close to 20 years now I’ve taken that vision and turned it into a passion of researching, studying, and developing that kind of a dog. We are a small kennel located in Ohio. We specialize in breeding Labrador Retrievers that carry a strong field trial background from the UK. We are looking for a dog with a superior disposition, strong desire to please, athletic ability, and health. We are very focused on the type of dog we want to produce. We’ve studied and researched pedigrees and have worked with a number of different dogs to help us find the kind of companion we are looking for. Our end result is producing and helping our customers find a great dog they can enjoy for years to come. We don’t compromise - quality is everything.
