About Us

Located in Ohio - our passion is to produce a high quality companion that has the genetic soundness, disposition, and athletic ability to be a dog you can enjoy in home or the outdoors. We specialize in breeding Labrador Retrievers with strong field trial lines from the UK. . All of our breeding dogs are fully trained and a member of our family. All our dogs spend a lot of time with us in the outdoors; hiking, camping, watersports, horseback riding, and hunting. Our dogs also serve in our non profit program working with youth kids.

Before we put a dog into our breeding program

1.) Genetic Soundness – we do extensive testing on all our dogs to ensure we are doing our best to produce a genetically healthy puppy. We test for a number of different diseases and research pedigrees for hip, elbow, and eye scores.
2.) Disposition – we only breed dogs we like being with (no exceptions). We want a strong desire to please, a great work ethic, good drive, and natural ability in the field, a quiet demeanor and off-switch around the house, and a dog that wants to be with you.
3.) Size and Athletic ability – we like a smaller dog with a strong athletic build. Typically are males are between 50-65 lbs and females 40-50 lbs. We demand a lot from our dogs and so we look for a body type and athletic ability that can go wherever you need them.
My Story
When it comes to working with dogs what I love most is the relationship. Whether it’s a puppy or older dog building that relationship where that dog learns to trust me and see me as his leader is what I have a passion for. Every dog is always happier and better when they have confidence in their handler. For me the parrells between the relationship i'm trying to build with a dog and the relationship the Lord is trying to develop with us is very similar and I love that.
